Observed Comet Panstarrs C/2013 X1 in Ara near Scorpius tail (m 8.27).
Started 2016-06-29 at 21:20:00 NZST.
Quite easy in binoculars.
Using 20mm with C8 obvious slightly elongated oval. No obvious colour.
Also saw NGC6388 globular in Scorpius, quite easy in C8, uncertain in 7x50.
Fairly clear but some light cloud appeared near end of observation.
