The Rooms stack is a HyperCard project which stores and displays bookings for rooms which are used for lectures, etc around the University. The stack is shared through Mac file sharing and anyone can connect and make bookings. Because HyperCard isn't multi-user I had to use some tricks to make this work. An administrator collects the requests and applies them to the database at fixed intervals - usually once per day.
