Create Distribution List in Outlook

How to create an email distribution list for Legacy Outlook

Launch Outlook for Mac
Check you are using the Legacy version (check in the Outlook menu).
Click the People icon (third near bottom left corner of window).
Click "New Contact List" in the control bar at top of window.
Give the Contact List a name.
Add email addresses to the list.
When all addresses are added, click Save & Create.
