Fix Frozen Bluetooth

If Bluetooth (especially on Mavericks) refuses to connect and cannot be switched off it can be restarted (without having to reboot) using these commands from terminal...

sudo kextunload -b com.apple.iokit.BroadcomBluetoothHostControllerUSBTransport
sudo kextload -b com.apple.iokit.BroadcomBluetoothHostControllerUSBTransport
