To remove extended permissions or ACLs on a directory in terminal. Use this command:
chmod -N DIRECTORY
To do this recursively (all directories inside) use:
chmod -RN DIRECTORY
Where DIRECTORY is the path to the directory (folder) you want to apply the command to.
