Close Microsoft Teams if it's running (it usually isn't, because it has quit). Once Teams is closed, go to Finder (Desktop). Open the Library folder. Note: If it isn't visible, hold down option, choose Library from the Go menu. Inside the Library folder, open the Application Support folder. Inside this, open the Microsoft folder. Delete the Teams folder. Relaunch Microsoft Teams.
