In any text editor, create a blank text file named "CloudTabs.db" and save it to the Desktop. If using TextEdit make sure it is a text document, not styled text (RTF).
If NVivo is running (it probably can't run), quit from it.
If Full Disk Access permissions in set for NVivo (look in System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy) currently, remove it.
Restart the computer.
Add Full Disk Access permissions again for NVivo (in System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy). Do not launch NVivo yet!
In Finder, copy the CloudTabs.db file into the Safari folder in your Library folder (to get to the Library folder, press the option key on the keyboard and choose "Library" from the "Go" menu.
Launch NVivo and proceed with licensing, etc.
Note 1: Works with NVivo 12 and Monterey 2023-04-24 Note 2: Works with NVivo 1 AKA 20, 2022 and Ventura 2023-11-22
