Up to OJB's Photos List Return to Previous PagePigroot Snow Otago experiences some of New Zealand's more extreme weather, especially in Central Otago which is cold in winter and quite hot in summer. Obviously, this photo - which was taken on a road known as the "Pigroot" - was teken near mid winter! You might think that having such a limited range of colours (green to white) might not improve a photo, but I find that often increases the mood portrayed by a photo, and I think enhances the image in this case. |
