I tasted the 2002 vintage of this wine on 05 Jan 2004 when it was 2 years old and gave it a rating of ok.
The colour was medium-deep red. The bouquet had jammy cherry and berry fruit, and was slightly spicy. It had a dry tannic start, some cherry fruit, and a moderate oak finish. This wine was medium, with moderate body.
I tasted the 2002 vintage of this wine on 01 Jan 2004 when it was 2 years old and gave it a rating of ok-.
The colour was medium-deep red, with a purple edge. It had a jammy berry fruit bouquet. The flavour was spicy plum and jammy fruit, with soft light tannins. This was a medium fruity style, and fairly simple.
