I tasted the 2004 vintage of this wine on 03 Dec 2005 when it was 1 year old and gave it a rating of good-.
This wine had medium greenish gold colour, and was bright and clear. There was a strong crisp grass bouquet, with capsicum gooseberry fruit. The taste was strong citrus lemon acid, with grassy gooseberry fruit, and a long crisp finish, with light wood. This was a quite intense crisp clean style, with nice balance.
