Observed Mars with Mervyn and Ashley from Three Mile Hill.
Using Mervyn's 6" apochromat.
Excellent detail on surface, especially around polar cap.
Used magenta, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, polarised filters.
One very prominent surface features and many others less obvious.
Definitely best views of Mars ever.
