Yesterday I got back from a four day family holiday in Christchurch. We spent two days at a swimming competition and one day looking around the city. We spent the last day driving home at a more leisurely pace than normal.
On the third day we took the Gondola to the top of the Port Hills to admire the views of the city and down to Lyttleton on the other side, then we spent some time out at New Brighton Beach because the weather was quite good.
It was nice to have a break from work but I must admit I was suffering withdrawal symptoms from the Internet, and especially the discussion forums at SpyMac by the end of the four days!
