 Tweet Entry 92, on 2021-06-28 at 15:00:00 Is Microsoft even more useless than normal recently? First, I buy a product code which doesn't work. Then I get no response on their chat system which 'will answer immediately'; then they don't reply to a message I left; now they don't 'reply shortly' when they say they will.
