MessageSender is a web-based database/application which does bulk email based on a series of data files and an options/control file. It currently has two different modes for manipulating the files but this will be extended as required.

The initial use was to email out result summaries to students using several files containing exam result summaries, email addresses, and other basic information. The system can also be extended to take different input files and to produce output files and summaries instead of emails.
