App Store Problems

When accessing App store, you might get this error: "The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format", and other odd behaviour downloading, etc.

Removed these files from: ~/Library/Preferences/ ...
com.apple.appstore.commerce.plist
com.apple.appstore.plist
com.apple.appstore.plist.lockfile
com.apple.appstored.plist
Then reboot
