Up to OJB's Photos List Dead Whale Whales often beach themselves in this area. Just a few weeks earlier many pilot whales were rescued from a nearby beach. When they appear on the spit they are just left to the mercy of the elements because the spit is kept in a natural condition as much as possible. |
